At Leespresso.in, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with every purchase. Every product undergoes a strict quality check before dispatch. However, if you receive a product that does not meet your expectations due to manufacturing or fulfillment issues, we’re here to help under the following terms.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product received is defective or damaged.
There is a size mismatch (different from what was ordered).
There is a significant color fading or wrong color from what was displayed.
No returns will be accepted for reasons such as dislike of the product, minor color variation due to lighting, or change of mind.
2. Return Request Timeframe
All return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Requests raised after 7 days of receiving the product will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Mention A short description of the problem
Our support team will review your request and confirm if it qualifies for return or replacement.
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where available) or guide you on how to send the product back.
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact.
If the reverse pick-up service to your pin code is not available, we would ask you to self-ship
the product back to Le Espresso.
Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be
in unused condition with all original tags attached.
Courier the product(s) to the address: ARAVIND CREATIONS, 2/648/A, VENUS GARDEN,
MANGALAM ROAD, ANDIPALAYAM POST, TIRUPUR-641687.
Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount + INR 100 (in place of self courier
charges) will be Initiated into your bank account & it will be reflected within 7 -10 Business Working Days.
4. Refunds
If the return is approved and the product passes inspection, Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount + INR 100 (in place of self courier
charges) will be Initiated into your bank account & it will be reflected within 7 -10 Business Working Days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Shipping or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
To ensure the highest hygiene standards, intimate products are not eligible for return or
exchange.
Products that have been worn, washed, used, or altered.
6. Replacement Policy
If your return request is approved and the same product or size is available in stock, we will issue a replacement instead of a refund, based on your preference.
If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be processed.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

8. Important Notes
Slight differences in colour (due to screen resolution, photography, or lighting) do not qualify as defects.
The decision of Leespresso.in regarding return and refund approvals shall be final and binding.
In case the returned item fails inspection (used, washed, or not matching the claim), the return will be rejected and the item will be sent back to you.
